Richemont announces significant leadership changes for Jaeger-LeCoultre and Vacheron Constantin, effective January 1, 2025.

Jérôme Lambert, currently Richemont’s Chief Operating Officer, will rejoin Jaeger-LeCoultre as CEO starting January 1, 2025. Lambert’s association with Jaeger-LeCoultre dates back to his earlier tenure as its CEO, a role he helmed for 11 years, from 2002 to 2013. Reflecting on his return, Lambert said, This opportunity is both a privilege and a homecoming to the craft and heritage that have shaped my career.” With his extensive experience at Richemont and his intimate knowledge of the maison, Lambert is poised to further solidify Jaeger-LeCoultre’s position.

Meanwhile, Vacheron Constantin will welcome Laurent Perves as its new CEO, succeeding Louis Ferla. Perves, who has been with Vacheron Constantin since 2016, has been instrumental in elevating the brand’s global presence and commercial success. With over 20 years of experience in luxury goods, including roles at LVMH, Procter & Gamble, and Audemars Piguet, Perves brings a wealth of expertise in marketing, business development, and digital strategy. His academic credentials, including advanced degrees in economics, engineering, and strategy, underline his multidimensional approach to leadership.

Both appointments signal a strategic focus on sustaining excellence and innovation at two of Richemont’s most storied Maisons.
