Hermès
Hermès was established in 1837 and was renowned for its crafting of harnesses and saddles for horses. The first watches with Hermès on the dial appeared in 1928, but it was a full half century before La Montre Hermès SA was established in 1978. In 1991, the iconic Cape Cod was launched. From 2006, the brand acquired a number of manufacturers for movements, dials and cases before launching its first in-house caliber in 2012.
