Not content with being the world’s leading on-screen watch brand in Hollywood throughout the Golden Age right up until today, Hamilton has recently jumped into the immersive world of gaming to produce its first ever tie-in watch for Ubisoft’s hotly anticipated video game Far Cry 6 due for release on October 7th. “Integrating the Hamilton Khaki Field Titanium Automatic as special in-game gear not only looks fantastic, but also provides you gameplay benefits with a Far Cry® twist,” says Omar Bouali, Game Content Director, Ubisoft Toronto.

Offering accurate timing, secure fit and authentic style, the Hamilton Khaki Field Titanium Automatic Far Cry® 6 Limited Edition is built for action both in game and in real life.

In game, players earn the rugged (and virtual) wristwatch after completing their first mission. The watch keeps on ticking through decades of instability, even during an assassination attempt on its former owner and ruler of the island Santos Espinosa in 1983. The defensive wrist gear improves general defense during sprints and allows players to get in and out of danger quickly and efficiently, proving a useful benefit for gamers as they fight for Yara’s freedom.

In honor of this story of survival, only 1983 pieces of the special edition watch worn in-game will be up for grabs here in the real world where the distinctly non-virtual watch is ready to be worn on the wrists of Far Cry fans.

On your wrist, the 42mm Hamilton Field Watch features a brushed titanium case, the limited edition’s black vinyl dial with a matte center, old radium Super-LumiNova® numerals and a split ‘6’ marker, a reference to the game logo’s typography. A ‘revolutionary’ red seconds hand is a nod to the game colors, and is intended as a tribute to Yara’s guerilla forces.
