In a long-awaited revival, Universal Genève has launched a refreshed digital presence, which now includes a new dedicated website and social media platforms.

Universal Genève’s CEO, Georges Kern, sees the relaunch as the beginning of a transformative journey. “There is a lot to look forward to,” Kern said in a recent statement, hinting at a roadmap designed to build on the company’s rich legacy of design and innovation. The relaunch marks an effort not only to re-establish the brand’s visual identity but also to bolster its presence in an evolving market where digital access and community engagement are key.

Paris-based artist and film director Constantin Prozorov lends his creative touch to Universal Genève’s refreshed aesthetic, creating artworks that capture the brand’s illustrious history. “I wanted to create something that not only captures its remarkable history but also invites viewers to embark on a magical journey through time,” explained Prozorov.

An important feature of the new Universal Genève website is UG Magazine, a content hub where collectors and fans can delve into the brand’s history and track its new developments. Readers can subscribe online for exclusive articles that take them behind the scenes of the brand’s evolution and into the intricacies of the timepieces themselves.

Adding depth to the brand’s relaunch is an advisory board composed of approximately twenty key voices: industry veterans, watch-industry press, and some of the most knowledgeable Universal Genève collectors. The board’s collaboration ensures that Universal Genève remains grounded in its storied heritage while adapting to contemporary trends. “Our advisory board is working with us to build the brand in a modern way while remaining true to the considerable heritage of Universal Genève,” says Managing Director Gregory Bruttin.

Celebrating the Past, Embracing the Future: The 70th Anniversary of the Polerouter and Upcoming Releases

This November, Universal Genève will commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Polerouter, the now cult-favorite watch that was originally commissioned by Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) for its 1954 transpolar flight.

Scheduled for release in Autumn 2026, the first new models of Universal Genève’s next era are already in the pipeline. While details on the models remain under wraps, the anticipation signals a strong return for a brand that has long been synonymous with style and quality.
