Introducing the Speake-Marin One&Two Openworked Tourbillon
The signature element of the One&Two collection is the small seconds at 1:30 which has now been replaced in the new model to feature the flying tourbillon complication. It is worth noting that this is a departure from traditional watchmaking codes as Speake-Marin is the only watchmaker to position its tourbillon there. Since the tourbillon cage has to go through the time setting mechanism, it is a real technical constraint in terms of movement development to place it at that position on the dial, let alone the fact that a tourbillon cage requires more space than a small seconds subdial.

SMA05 Calibre
All this package is placed inside an evolution of Speake-Marin’s signature Piccadilly case which has been in use since its introduction in 2003. The case is thinner and provides better wearing comfort with its protruding lugs and crown placed closer to the case to soften its aesthetics. The wearing comfort is paired with the lightness of titanium which is the material used for the case of the One&Two Openworked Tourbillon.
