Angelus
Angelus was founded in 1891 by two brothers, Albert and Gustav Stolz, in the Swiss watchmaking town of Le Locle. The brand was one of the most renowned chronograph movement manufactures of its day before it fell victim to the Quartz Crisis in the 1970s. In 2011, Manufacture La Joux-Perret, now owned by Citizen Group, resurrected the brand. Under the enormously skilled new ownership, Angelus produces classic complications with unusual, ultra contemporary designs.
